All tags must be intact, and the product must be in its original packaging .
Products such as underwear , personalized accessories , or discounted items cannot be returned.

Please provide the following information:

Reason for return

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with the necessary instructions.

Return Costs

Return costs ( shipping ) are the responsibility of the customer .

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund .

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued through the original payment method.
Original order shipping costs are non-refundable .
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the product, follow the same return process and specify the desired product in your initial email.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Discounted or promotional products are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of items damaged due to misuse .
